We'll start by crushing the Lotus biscuit in the Thermomix or blender to create the biscuit powder that will eventually form the base of our cheesecake.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u2013 The first few times, it\u2019s most normal for the surface of the biscuit to crack and break, so to prevent this, we should tip it onto the mould with non-stick baking paper and then lightly press the biscuit crumbs down until it\u2019s compact.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Next to our mould, we prepare the mixture of the rest of the ingredients that make up our recipe, blending them until a homogeneous mass is created.
